a limited liability company with the Corporate Affairs
Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. With the
registration no. RC647386 and a paid up capital of
N10, 000,000.00(Ten million naira) ordinary share of N10.00
per share. The company was set up to handle all procurement
related customer inquires or requisitions. With consistent
customer satisfaction and on time product and service
deliveries, over the years, an extensive client’s base has
been established with government parastatals, business
organizations, and individuals alike.

GOLDMINE PROPERTIES LIMITED: Registered as a limited liability
company with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria with the registration no. RC685560.
Registered in March 2007 with an ordinary share capital of
N10, 000,000(Ten million naira) of N10 per share. This company
handles all real estate enquiries by our clients. An agent to
Damac properties, one of the top five private property
developers in the United Arab Emirates has facilitated home
ownership in the U.A.E for high net worth Nigerians. Also
involved in the development of Low cost easily affordable
two-three bedroom apartments in the sub-urban area of Lagos
state.

GOLDMINE AUTOS: Registered in March 2007 as a limited liability
company with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria with the registration no. RC685393. And a
paid up capital of N10, 000,000 (Ten million naira) ordinary
shares of N10.00.per share. Involved in the procurement of
automobiles for the several state governments, business
entities, and also involved in customized orders for individuals
and the general public.

Taro is a family snack under our fast moving consumer good (FMCG) category which originated from Indonesia, where it has been the number one family brand in the last 30 years.

Taro is loved by both parent and children. We are beyond fortunate to be the sole Nigerian partner for TPS Foods Indonesia (manufacturers of Taro).

Taro is proposed to be launched in Nigeria in 2015. Research and development is ongoing to position Taro as the number one family snack in Nigeria.
