 High Productivity The cycle time of automatic mixing is designed as 1 minute. Several batchers can work at the same time. There is an aggregate hopper on the top of the mixer and the belt conveyor can deliver the aggregate effectively. The cement silo is equipped with imported air cushion unit to ensure the smooth delivery of cement.
 High Weighing Accuracy 4 aggregate weighing hoppers are conducted separately with short period, small balance, and high accuracy. The accumulative belt scale is replaced with 4 weighing hoppers to avoid frequent startup of belt conveyor.
 Excellent Reliability and Safety The control system is operated with high-performance IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) with multiple functions, large capacity and strong anti-disturbance ability. All critical components are imported original parts to enhance the reliability and safety of the control system.
 Flexible Setup The layout of aggregate bin and main mixer can be set up either in straight line or in right angle. It can be equipped with 100t, 200t, 300t, or 500t cement silos. Both cement and fly ash are delivered by screw conveyor, which has such options as 325, 273, and 219.
 Diversity of Feeding The feeding of aggregate bin can be done either by loader or bulldozer and inclined belt conveyor.
According to the operating environment and location of the plant and the requirements of users, open fence and totally enclosed colored sheet steel can be offered for the main body.
 Environmental Care The main body is installed with dust catcher to prevent the spread of powder.
 Two Monitoring Systems

 

Main body

The main body structure and supports are made of large and durable channel steel and H steel. The platform is spacious for walk and maintenance.
Main body structure: It is combined steel structure, which is convenient for transportation. It may be semi-enclosed or totally enclosed colored sheet steel.
Weighing device: Imported sensors. There are three overhung weighing sensors for cement batcher, water batcher, and fly ash batcher respectively. Liquid additive is wave sensor. These two sensors have strong eccentricity resistant capability, high weighing accuracy, and long service life. Aggregate hopper: It is used to store a batch of aggregate in advance to shorten production period.


Material Handling
It is made up of aggregate bin, cement silo, weighing system, horizontal and 20 inclined belt conveyor, and screw conveyor, etc. The flow is as follows:
Cement: cement silo screw conveyor cement weighing hopper mixer
Aggregate: aggregate bin aggregate weighing hopper horizontal belt conveyor inclined belt conveyor aggregate hopper mixer
Cement silo is steel structure and the bulk cement is transported to the silo through conveying pipe.
l Aggregate bin, for storage of sand and gravel materials, is divided into two parts: the above ground bin (430m3) with a total stock of 120m3 and the underground bin (4100m3) with a total stock of 400m3. It can store 4 kinds of aggregate.
The inclined belt conveyor then delivers the aggregate into the aggregate hopper.
The screw conveyor sends cement or fly ash into cement weighing hopper.


Electric Control System
The control system of HZS220 mixing plant is independently developed by Hainuo Group, which features reliable performance, complete functions, reasonable layout, and easy operation and maintenance.
Most of the hardware is imported components and elements, among which the PLC is from OMRON; the IPC is from AXIOMTEK; intermediate relay, air switch, circuit breaker, and contactor are famous brands.
OMRON PLC is intelligent automatic control equipment featuring high interference rejection, severe conditions endurance, reliability, and stability. All controls including input/output control, collection and treatment of weighing values are achieved with PLC.
All kinds of management and monitoring work of the system are conducted by an IPC. On the one hand, it passes such control parameters as formula data, correcting parameter, tare weight parameter, and constant at different times to PLC. On the other hand, it collects the operational data of the system. There is no limit on the saving number of formulas. Weighing figure including error for each batch under automatic, semiautomatic and manual control can be saved for future check. It also includes such functions as automatic testing of difference value, print of report form related to production, etc.
In the aspect of software design, it is designed on the Microsoft Windows 98/2000 platform with C++ language as developing tool, incorporating the advantages of various kinds of batching plants both home and abroad. In addition, we can design certain functions as per users requirements. Hainuo Group possesses of the copyright of the control system and provides free upgrade for legal users.
